 300 g Pork Ribs (Pai Kuat)
 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
 30 g Ginger(Sliced)
 ½ Bitterguard(Chopped)
 50 ml Shiao Xing Wine
 30 ml Oyster Sauce
 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Sugar
 ½ tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 ½ tbsp Black Bean Paste
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 150 ml Chicken / Pork Stock
 2 tbsp Corn Starch

Marinate the Pork Ribs with ALL Sauces & Corn Starch for 30 minutes or more

Chopped / Sliced Garlic & Ginger in the healing pot with Oil (1 Tbsp) for 2 minutes in Microwave

After 2 minutes, include the Marinated Pork, Bittergourd & Stock into the Healing Pot and into the Microwave for 13 minutes!
