CHEF KEITH JAPANESE INSPIRED PORK PORRIDGE IN 30 MINUTES WITH HEALING POT!

 150 g Pork Loin(Marinated with Oyster Sauce, Sesame oil & pepper)
 5 Garlic(fine chopped)
 50 g Ginger(Sliced)
 ½ Onion(Cut to cubes)
 1 Carrot(Cut to cubes)
 ½ Tomato(Cut to cubes)
 250 g Cooked Rice
 30 g Enoki mushrooms
 30 g Soft Tofu(1/2 packet cut into slices)
 300 ml Beef Stock
 50 ml Shiau Xing Wine

Include Pork & All Vegetables (Carrots, Onions, Ginger & Tomatoes & Garlic) into the Healing pot & into Microwave for 4 minutes!

After 4 minutes, include the rest of the items (Cooked rice, Tofu, Enoki Mushrooms & Beef Stock) into the Healing Pot together with the initially cooked Vegetables & INTO the microwave for 25 minutes
