 800 g Ah Lau Kampung Chicken
 Onion
 Garlic
 Ginger
 Spring onion
 Corriandar
 2 tbsp Soya sauce
 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
 1 tbsp Dark soya sauce
 2 tsp Siew Heng Zhao

Marinate chopped chicken with soya sauce, oyster sauce, dark soya sauces and siew heng zhao for 30mins.

Put Marinated Chickens with Onions, Garlic & Ginger in Magic Cooker and in Microwave for 8 mins

After 8 mins, Sprinkle Spring Onions & Coriander on top of cooked Chicken and put in Microwave for 1 minute.
