 700 g 海底鸡 Blotched Fish(White Pomfret)
 100 g Mee Hoon
 100 g Sour Vegetables
 1 Taufu (Sliced)
 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
 1 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
 400 ml Filtered Water
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper
 2 Tomatoes(Chopped)
 1 Ginger(Chopped)
 1 Spring Onion(Chopped)
 2 Plums
 Coriander (Chopped for garnishing)
 Fried Garlic Oli(For garnishing)

Lay a bit of Sour Vegetables & Beehoon on base of Healing Pot

Lay Chopped Tomatoes at the side of Beehoon, then another half of Sour Vegetables on top of Mee Hoon

海底鸡 Blotched Fish (White Pomfret) goes on top of everything else

Add Sliced Taufu, Chopped Spring Onions, Ginger, Chilli Padi on top of White Pomfret

Before closing lid of Healing Pot, add Fish Sauce & ShiaoXing Wine (Mixed together with Salt & Pepper) on top of Blotched Fish with Filtered Water (400gm)
