Banana bread in a mug in 8 minutes with Healing Cooker!

Ingredient - A (Dry)
 115 g Self Raising Flour
 100 g Castor sugar
 0.50 g Salt
 60 g Nuts/Chocolate Chip(coat with 1 tsb flour before mixing into the batter)
Ingredient - B (Wet)
 1 Large Egg (Grade A)
 60 g Melted butter(Make sure it is cooled)
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 2 Bananas (Riped)(Meshed with a fork)

Beat the eggs, butter and vanilla extract together until well combined.

Add in meshed bananas.

Add in castor sugar and combinr mixture but do not overmix.

Fold in self raising flour and salt.

Add in the chocolate chip/nut and mix well.

Spray butter/oil unto Cookerlogy Healing Pot / Cooker 1.2 ltr Mug

Pour mixture into it and put in microwave for 8 minutes

Check doneness with a skewer. Polk in the middle of the cake. If it is not cooked, add another 1/2 mins.

Remove Healing Mug from Microwave and let it rest covered for 2 minutes before plating
