BRAISED BEEF
 250 g Australian Beef Brisket(Cut into cubes)
 100 g Smoked Bacon(Chopped)
 50 g Carrots(Chopped)
 5 White button mushrooms(cut into 1/4)
 1 Yellow Onion(Cut into cubes)
 5 Cloves Garlic(Chopped)
 250 ml Beef / Chicken stock
 50 ml Oyster sauce
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
 1 dash of Shiau Xing Wine
 1 tsp Pepper
MASH POTATO
 300 g Russet Potatoes
 150 ml Milk
 100 g Butter
 50 g Cream
 Truffle Oil, Salt & Pepper (For seasoning)
BRAISED BEEF

Sear the beef cubes.

Marinate the seared beef cubes with the sauces (oyster sauce, soy sauce & tomato paste)

Put the beef into the Healing Pot together with the rest of the vegetables/bacon/sauces (above) & stock

Put all of the above into the Microwave for 15 minutes

MASH POTATO

Peel the potato skin and cut into cubes, and put it into the Healing pot together with the milk, butter, cream, salt & pepper for 8 minutes in Microwave

After taking it out from the Healing Pot after 8 minutes, mash the potatoes with 2 forks and include truffle oil / seasonings (salt & pepper)
