300 g Mince Prawn
300 g Fish Paste
Water chestnuts
2 dashes White Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Shiao Xing Wine
1 tsp Fish Sauce
Corriander
200 g Dumpling Skin (ready made)
2 Century Eggs (Cut into wedges)

Mixed all of the above together into a ball and wrap it with the ready made Dumplings Skin (Suikow Pastry)

Pour Boiling Water into the Healing Pot first

Put the Raw Wrapped Dumplings inside the Healing Pot and into the Microwave for 4 minutes!
