JJ Braised Kampung Chicken in 10 minutes!

A - Raw Ingredients
½ Ah Lau Kampung Chicken
2 Chinese sausage
8 Water chestnuts
10 Garlic
6 Shallots
Ginger
Spring Onion
B - Sauce for Marination
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Shiao Xing wine
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dark Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cornstarch

First, MARINATE the chopped Ah Lau's Kampung Chickens with ALL ingredients for the Sauce (B) for 30 minutes

Put a little bit of Olive oil into the Healing Pot, and include all the following condiments (Garlic, Ginger, Shallots) in it and into the Microwave for 2 minutes to create that base flavour first

Take it out from the Microwave after 2 minutes and include the Marinated Kampung Chicken in it together with (A - Raw Ingredients) - Water Chestnuts, Chinese Sausages & Chestnuts and into the Microwave again for 8 minutes!
