Peanut mochi with Healing Cooker in 2.5 mins!

 100 g Glutinous Rice Flour
 160 g Water
 10 g Castor sugar
 150 g Blended peanut
 50 g Castor sugar(To be added in blended peanut)

Add flour, sugar and water in the Healing / Magic Pot and mix until everything is smooth & combined

Cover the Healing Pot then in Microwave for 1 minute (first time 1 min). After that, give it a stir then put it in for another 1 minute (2nd time 1 min) and stir. (make sure you cover the Pot each time you put it in the microwave)

Microwave it for another 30 seconds. Stir it, and for one LAST time put it in the microwave again for another 30 seconds and stir it thoroughly. The mixture now should be sticky & gluey

Lay Saran Wrap on a flat surface and rub a little cooking oil on it

Add the mixture from the Healing Pot on to the Saran Wrap

Fold the Saran Wrap and Roll the Mochi into a Log Shape

Spread out an even layer of the peanut mixture on to a Big Plate

Carefully lay the mochi onto the plate and start cutting it vertically first then horizontally

Last but not least, toss the Mochi with the Peanuts until it is fully coated.
