Teo Chew style steam fish in 10 minutes!

500 g White Pomfret
100 g Bee Hoon
100 g Sour Vegetables
1 Taufu
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
400 ml Filtered water
1 Tomatoe (chopped)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 Ginger (chopped)
1 Spring onion (chopped)
2 Plum
1 Coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp Fried Garlic oil

Lay a bit of Sour Vegetables & Beehoon on base of Healing Pot

Lay Tomatoes at side of Beehoon, then another half of Sour Vegetables on top of Beehoon

White Pomfret goes on top of everything else

Add Sliced Taufu, Chopped Spring Onions, Ginger, Chilli Padi on top of White Pomfret

Before closing lid of Healing Pot, add Fish Sauce & ShiaoXing Wine (Mixed together with Salt & Pepper) on top of White Pomfret with Filtered Water (400gm)

Everything above into Healing Pot and goes into Microwave for 10 minutes!
