½ Ah Lau Fresh Kampung Chicken
200 ml Teriyaki Sauce + Fermented Bean Curd
5 cloves Smoked Garlic
50 ml Shiau Xing wine
1 tsp Pepper

Season the half chopped Kampung Chickens with salt & pepper

Sear the "Skin side" of the Kampung Chickens on a hot pan till the color is golden (Make sure pan is very hot so the skin doesn't stick on it)

Put the Seared Chicken into the Healing Pot together with the Teriyaki Sauce & Smoked Garlic and into the Microwave for 8 minutes!
